"A
Clearview Worship Center at Work"
www.sandravministries.org
This
page is dedicated to informing our readers on successful independent
and joint outreach efforts. On a hot summer day, an
inclusive effort was put together in Pomona, Ca. to bring the working
poor and homeless together by way of wide spread evangelism .
The event took place on July 26th 2008. The preparation began
at 8am and mission services took place from 1-6pm at 1149 North
Gary Ave Pomona, Ca 91767. The service was hosted by Dr.Sandra Nelson,
Pastor of A Clear View Worship Center. The earlier foot work for
this event began with a massive door to door effort on July 5, 12,
and the 19th. Christians from surrounding churches, along
with residents, joined hands to bring forth this amazing group
effort. If you want to know more information on how you can
help this ongoing effort in the city of Pomona, contact the evangelism
team coordinators at (909) 902-1844.

"Let
there be no divison in the body of Christ"
1
Corinthians 1:10 - I appeal
to you, brothers, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all
of you agree, and that there be no divisions among you, but that
you be united in the same mind and the same judgment.

The
reflection is clear, Paul reminds us in his letters to the Corinthian
Church, that we are all the same in the body of Christ. Our
effort in Christ must be unified. The constant separation
of banners restricts the many denominations from working inclusively.
Today Churches are putting away there letterheads and banners. A
Clearview Worship Center is striking out to reach the poorest of
the poor. On a hot day, July 26th 2008 churches came together
to minister to the broken souls left to suffer on the street of
Pomona. This may sound hard, but it is real. As we prayed
with each individual and each family, it was clear that many of
them had given up and was ready to abandon the idea of hope.

Children
of working poor families must be given a reason to believe in a
moral society. At a glance you see the face of joy.
As you walk away and look back, the reflection of the child has
change to sadness.

Love
is the nature of God. We must work to defeat the fear of caring
, giving and embracing the suffering of others. The
storm is coming and we must be prepared. Come with me!
Take my hand and let us move the mountain that restricts our compassion
for the poor.
"Thank
Dear Lord for another day of serving you". Amen
