Today, I really wanted to talk to a friend, maybe just to laugh and listen, to sing a funny song and hear someone laugh at the song we sung.  Today I wanted to tell a friend, "sit down and tell me everything you have done".  I think about the freedom of traveling with God and the view along the way.  I think about the wind and how it feels on a spring filled day.  I think about my purpose and what I could do to make a difference in God's way?  It is a quiet place that I spend this day. 

The season I am in is calm in every way.  The rain gives me comfort when I pray.  I am persuing my faith to a greater place. I can see Heaven beyond the many drops of tears that are falling on my face. It is the joy of the Holy Spirit that keeps me walking. It is the voice of God that I hear talking. It is the light of God that has kept me from wrong. It is my love for Him that keeps me so strong. Today I really wanted to talk to a friend, maybe just to remember the places we have been. I will miss the friends that I could not bring. I have found peace in the wind of Heaven and a new spring.

Prayer:  Dear God thank you for the many blessings you give each day.  Thank you for the quiet walk we share on the beach.  Thank you for the love that You keep giving us.

Thank you for being my friend when I really needed one. Thank you Lord  for your compassion for the lost.  In Jesus Name.  Amen
