"Judgment Before Grace"

"Evil Continually"

Hosea 1; 10-11

 Hosea 1:10-11.  It is in my desire that I should chastise them; and the people shall be gathered against them, when they shall bind themselves in their two furrows.  And Ephraim is as an heifer that is taught, and loveth to tread out the corn; but I passed over upon her fair neck: I will make Ephraim to ride; Judah shall plow, and Jacob shall break his clods.

What will it take for man to take notice of the grave sins that has infected God's creation?  We continue to ignore the signs of time and the counsel of the Holy Spirit.  Let us look back to the book of Hosea 1: 10 and 11,  and remind ourselves that judgement can come before grace, we can no longer be reduce to the belief that we can test God's will with a sin and then run home when we get in trouble. We cannot sin with an expectation that we are covered before we do the crime, how arrogant have we become! Our world is in trouble and disobedience is spilling upon our shores.  It is a serious matter I tell you that we must pursue each day as if it was the last, that you must exam the word of God and put your house in order, let the Holy Spirit guide your footsteps, don't trust the world with your soul, be in Christ I say, continue to embrace the wind of his garment, be close to him like a mother to her child,.  Be in Christ and be blessed, settle for nothing less.  Do not let your soul be seated falsely, be in the truth, speak the truth, do water down God's word in our permissive will, as the message of the Prophet Hosea has presented to us today, grace may come after judgement.  In Jesus I plea. amen.

Devotional Prayer

Precious God we love, hear the pleas of  your servant, that you would impart love and correction into the morals of all of your creation, teach us how to get alone with each other, let us resist the fold to anger and hatred, have mercy on us dear Lord, humble our hearts dear Father, wake us up before it is to late, come Holy Spirit and speak in the body of Christ, wave us in your living water, that we would surrender our own will to you, help us Lord we are blind without your hands to guide us.  In Jesus amen
