1Timothy 4:12-16 NKJV Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity. Till I come, give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership. Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all. Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you.

In today's devotional I would like to go into the deep water of soul saving. I am not proclaiming to be an expert in how to lead people to the Kingdom of God. I am not very educated on the concepts and theory of religion. Everything I have learnt has come by way of repetition and the wonderful tutoring of the Holy Spirit.

I once had a professor in a paralegal business college that told me I should give up my legal study and pursue something like auto mechanic or a more industrialize trade. To this day I believe the law professor was trying to get me to work harder than anyone else. Battling with (A.A.D.D.) Adult Attention Deficit Disorder, I decided to spend many nights reading the same information over and over. I discovered that if I took the class over and over, I would eventually pass and have deliverance in the end. My nightmare of courses was litigation; I failed the first round of the more difficult studies. The law professor may not have known it, but he had encouraged me to multiply my effort and time to make it through school. I graduated and was delivered from ever doubting that I could not overcome the limitations of life.

Today, I believe that through repeating the acts of love and compassion, that broken souls will eventually make it into Heaven. I was damage goods until God found me. My Father in Heaven taught me what I could not learn in a classroom. When I wanted to give up, he lifted me up, brushed me off and sent me back into the classroom of life. Saving SOULS must become our most important function as we prepare for Christ return.

When I was a child, my family worked as sharecroppers. Sometimes the workers would finish their share and return and help the others on the farm deliver a complete harvest.

Today there are many souls left in the field of life that need to be reached. Sometimes we have to repeat the same acts of compassion, love and giving, over and over to win souls for God's glory.   Today,  find someone that you gave up on and love them again.  Find someone who needs encouragement, rather than discouragement!  Plant a seed in the heart of one soul that is lost.  Some of the many people we have ministered to are planting new seeds for the harvest.  Multiply and deliver, multiply and deliver!  Seek out new souls and plant a seed of God.

Prayer

Dear Lord we love so much, we hunger to serve the poor, and we hunger to please you. We are sleeplessly in love with YOU. Teach how to deliver a HARVEST for your Kingdom. Send us into the nursing homes to embrace the hearts that have been abandoned. Break our heart oh God that we would love the homeless and lost souls in our communities. Teach how to WIN SOULS AGAIN AND AGAIN…….

In Jesus Name Amen
