Greetings in the name of our Lord! For the last two weeks I have been having the best days of my life. Now I know y'all might be thinking “Did her problems disappear?" Actually no, my problems did not disappear but on one rainy night in the month of August someone appeared with a Mighty Entrance! It has been just two weeks and because of that someone my entire life has been transformed. My problems don't seem to matter anymore. Trust me when I say this because I was struggling to get over all that has happened in and around me. So, who is this someone? Who came to meet me that night and what happened? Friends in Christ read on for this is chapter 2 of my life. It was in the cold month of Dec 05 that I accepted Christ to be my personal Lord and Saviour and in two weeks I gave my altar call and I knew I was set apart to do God's work. Coming from a Non-Christian back ground I had NO IDEA how and when he was going to use me, I did back slide in the following years but I couldn't be a part of this world for long [It's a good thing :)] and here I am today. Praise GOD! Go into the entire world, and preach the gospel to the whole creation . He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who disbelieves will be condemned. These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new languages; they will take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it will in no way hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover." Mark 16:15-18 What are the problems you are facing? Are you taking any steps to solve it? I want to tell you something that is as real as the air you breathe. Your problems will never go away but you can still have peace beyond understanding for it is a promise of God.
“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; {7} and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Phil 4:6-7 There are certain measures/ decisions that we have to take as mortals on this earth; then again we also have the option of requesting God's guidance. Now, I do know that we go to God with ALL the major decisions of our life and leave him out in the little ones. I want to encourage you today and tell you please do not have God as your option in your life, make him your priority. God through the spirit said "I will never leave you nor forsake you". How powerful is that. You can Trust HIM! The decision is yours to make!
That rainy night, I surrendered myself to the Lord COMPLETLEY and I cried out when I prayed "Lord this is not your plan for me, I have suffered without your guidance for 8 months trying to accomplish things on my own, I invite the Holy Spirit to guide me from this day forward, transform me Father in Jesus name" and before I knew it I was drenched in his love and from that very second I began to hear that distinct voice, the voice of that someone, the voice of the Holy Spirit!
You too can have that someone in your life, Yes you can! It starts with SALVATION, The minute you ask Lord Jesus Christ to forgive you of your sin and cleanse your heart, mind, body and soul the Holy Spirit is there with you from that moment on. Yey!!
Precious people of God say this prayer today and see God work wonders in your life. Heavenly Father, I want thank to you for your peace and mercy that surpasses all understanding. I declare by faith today that I am well in Christ and I choose to walk in faith. I release every fear in my heart and I invite the Holy Ghost to be my confidante and my best friend in Jesus name I pray. Amen! Note: The bible is full of God's promises to his people. I would like to encourage you to read such verses and strength your faith.
