Trusting God with all my Soul

"Letting go of the human remains"

131:1,2  A song of ascents. Of David. My heart is not proud, O LORD, my eyes are not haughty; I do not concern myself with great matters or things too wonderful for me. But I have stilled and quieted my soul; like a weaned child with its mother, like a weaned child is my soul within me.

Saints of God, I embrace you with love and a message that is seeded in my soul, it is hard to let go of everything and trust in God's will, it sounds simple until you reach a point of disposition and the delivery of everything that remains, people, places, habits, loose behavior, passion, desire, what ever you like to much, those little pretty things you see in the windows as you shop in temptation, having fun the wrong way, saying and doing what ever you want, if it pulls you away from God, it must go, and go quickly, like a weaned child, we must overcome our permissive will and embrace all of God.....

Just between you before God, our thoughts, the closet of what we don't share, we must give all that as well, let it be burnt in the refiner's fire, give Christ your mistakes, your shame, every broken promise, failed human attempt, shave it off like bark from a tree, in the end what remains will be judged by what you did with it, let us be all for Christ now, not later!

Pray with me people of God..... Lord, teach me how to love with your heart, teach me to let go of my human nature!  pour your rain of the Holy Spirit upon every reader, expose their heart with joy, we want to trust you more, bind us, use us for kingdom works, define our purpose as we grow in you.

In Jesus we pray, amen.

Much of what  we write is about is the personal testimony of our life as we are growing in Christ. It is our goal that someone will find themselves between the lines of these devotional messages that God has placed on my heart.

Thank you for for allowing us to share...

Psalm 62:8 Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.
