Voices in India by Tina

Yesterday is Gone,

His Grace is new Today!

Greetings in the name of Our Lord!

It's 5 Am in the morning and there is such peace in my heart as I begin to share the word with you. I was for the whole of last week waiting for the Holy Spirit to guide me into sharing God's words. I was beginning to wind up for the night, when suddenly I heard “are you ready to blog”? I knew who spoke to me and with a lot of excitement I said “here I am, let's do it”.

Before I start I want to share something with you all, I can see that the Lord is gearing me up for ministry, a small prayer opened mighty doors for me to talk about Jesus at my work place. It is a discussion that I am having with people of different religion about Jesus and as I speak to them I trust God will move mightily and I sincerely ask for your prayers.

Friends it's all about him, it's all for him. I am nobody without Jesus in my life. How many of you say “I am nobody without Jesus”? I was a sinner, but he chose me to do his work and I am honored. I don't know who I am speaking to today, you have the desire to serve God, may be you were serving God but for some reason you aren't anymore.

Your thoughts from the past haunt you, reminds you of all the things you have done. These thoughts are controlling you and you are being bound to the past when there things that are set before you. It's time; it's time to forget all that has happened. It's time to kneel down and cry out “Abba Father, Forgive me for I have sinned, cleanse me and use me for your Glory according to your purpose”.

"Forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before." Philippians 3:13

Two things that I want you to make note of from the above:

There are things set before you. You have to let go of your past to obtain the things of the future.

Time to kneel in other words it's time to pray and communicate with our father who is our provider.

Why are these 2 things important? Firstly, when you are called into the ministry, know that the devil is not going to be easy on you because you are no longer under his spell; you belong to the most high God. So even though you know that God has forgiven you, the devil tries to tell you otherwise and as a result you miss out on what God has in store for you. So FORGET the things of the past. Secondly, by praying you believe for God to move and work wonders and let me tell you, He will honor that.

“ The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning” Lamentation 3:22-23

How fortunate and blessed are we that we have a Lord who showers his mercies upon us each day. Amen. We are here for a purpose and that is to win souls for the kingdom of God. To reach out to people who are lost and weary, taking the love of God and sharing the word.

You and I are called for that purpose; you and I have a responsibility. Are you willing today to let go of whatever happened. Do you believe that we are set apart, that there is a calling in our lives and that our works will glorify his name?

“Glorify the LORD with me; let us exalt his name together.” Psalms 34:3

Precious people of God say this prayer today and see God work wonders in your life. Father, Thank you for your mercy and your loving kindness. I chose to forget my past and I look forward for the future you hold for me. Help me to be attentive to your voice and use me for your glory in Jesus name I pray. Amen!

Note:  The bible is full of God's promises to his people. I would like to encourage you to read such verses and strength your faith.

Blessings

Tina
